In this system what ever the amount of all is ejected by the pump per stroke/per cycle, is distributed among the lubricating points in ratio of flow value number of metered flow units.

Flow units are designed for use with Hand Operated or Cyclic delivery lubricators. They are non adustable and are installed at each bearing to regulate oil delivery. Flow is in one direction only as indicated by the arrow and each increase in flow value number doubles the delivery. Caps and cons are supplied where illustrated.

For 4 mm O.D. tubing. Screwed into tapped holes of junctions when feeding bearing through tail pipes.

For 4 mm O.D. tubing. Mounted directly at the bearing and used at the end of the pressure lines.

ELBOW METERED FLOW UNITS : 1/8” X 28 BSP Both ends	LB 21 LB 22 LB 23 LB 24 LB 25
For 4 mm O.D. tubing and is used only when limited clearance is avialable above the bearing. These are made by screwing the Straight Metered Flow Units into Elbow Blocks
